These Terms of Service govern your use of urbansportscollective.com and any purchase of products from Urban Sports Collective (“we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. Who we are and how to contact us

2. Ordering and contract formation
Product listings invite you to make an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send an order-confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where payment has not been authorised, stock is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the store. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount without undue delay.
You are responsible for ensuring that the details supplied at checkout, including your delivery address, email address and selected products, are complete and accurate. Please contact us promptly if you need to request a correction; we cannot promise changes once an order has entered fulfilment.
3. Products, materials and responsible use
Built for repeated training, not extravagant claims. Our current collection is described with care so you can make a considered purchase. Pull Straps 60 combine heavy cotton webbing, a low-profile neoprene-padded wrist loop and reinforced load-point stitching. Lifting Wraps 24 use cotton-rich controlled-stretch material, a thumb loop and reinforced hook-and-loop fastening. Boxing Wraps 180 use a cotton-dominant semi-elastic construction with finished edges and reinforced fastening points. Shaker 700 is specified with a 700 ml Tritan copolyester body, a matte soft-touch exterior, flip cap and internal whisk ball.
Product photography, dimensions, colours and descriptions are intended to be accurate and useful, but screen settings and normal manufacturing variation can affect how a product appears. Nothing on the store constitutes medical, therapeutic, coaching or performance advice. Training products should be used only as intended, inspected before use and discontinued if damaged, unsafe or causing discomfort. You remain responsible for selecting equipment that is suitable for your own training, health and circumstances.
4. Price, payment and availability
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery charges are displayed separately where applicable. We may change prices or product availability at any time, but a change will not affect an order already accepted by us. Payment must be authorised before dispatch. Title to products passes only when we have received payment in full; risk passes when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you supplied, subject to your statutory rights.
5. Delivery
Our delivery commitments are set out in the Shipping Policy. In summary, we dispatch UK and international orders within 72 hours of order confirmation, subject to cleared payment, stock availability and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery transit averages 3–5 days after dispatch, although it may vary by destination and carrier conditions. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of order confirmation.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
We accept return requests. Our process, cancellation rights and treatment of unsuitable, faulty or misdescribed items are explained in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Urban Sports Collective name, logos, product imagery, copy, graphics and store content are owned by or used with permission by Urban Sports Collective. You may use the store for personal, lawful shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, scrape, republish, exploit, interfere with or attempt unauthorised access to store content, systems or customer information without our written permission.
8. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have as a consumer. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable consequence of our breach, for business losses where you purchase as a consumer, or for losses arising from improper use, unauthorised modification, normal wear, accident or failure to follow product-care information.
9. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, industrial action, severe weather, customs delay, governmental action, systems failure, public-health events or supply-chain interruption. If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed and to minimise the effect on your order.
10. Governing law and changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your country or part of the United Kingdom gives you greater protection. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on the store when you place an order will apply to that order.
